About Doctor Wong
Jerry Wong MD graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada in 1973 and worked for many years in general practice. Since 1995, Doctor Wong has practiced in hair restoration, performing hair transplants as partner of Hasson & Wong Clinic with Dr Victor Hasson, located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. He is an active member of the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons (IAHRS) and the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons,(ISHRS).

Doctor Wong is the creator of the lateral slit technique a technique of recipient site creation in hair restoration which results in a natural angle and direction of hair graft growth that closely mimics nature. The Hasson & Wong Lateral Slit Technique is lauded as one of the most significant developments in hair restoration since follicular unit transplantation.
